The Club Marine Perth International Boat Show is pleased to welcome WA’s own celebrity chef Josh Catalano to the Seafood Cooking Stage!

Josh Catalano, third generation fishmonger and co-owner of Catalano’s Seafood, started to raise his own profile in Perth after appearing on Channel 10’s hit cooking show MasterChef (Season One), and has added his own flair on several other television shows over the years. Josh is supported by a few WA business and plays a role as chef ambassador in leading home appliance business, Winning Appliances.

It is quite common that you can find Josh cooking up a storm in many different locations, with his own catering business which provides guests with live and interactive food experience. Part of Josh’s “can’t sit still attitude” has seen him recently purchase a food truck called the Fish Boss and sells freshly cooked Australian seafood all over the streets of Perth.

Outside of a busy work and active lifestyle, Josh is a very passionate father and says he owes all of his successes to the support of his very understanding wife!

Josh will be on the Seafood Cooking Stage each day, giving his tips and tricks on seafood purchasing, preparation, storing and thawing. He will be treating audiences to Perth’s Best Fish Tacos, and perfecting beer batter, as well as going through all the ins and outs of WA Prawns.
